DPE Office memorandum Dated 03.08.2017 regarding implementation of 3rd PRC recommendations
The department of public enterprises (DPE) functions as the nodal department on the policy related to wage settlement of unionized employees, non-unionized supervisors, executives and board members of Public Sector Undertakings. The public enterprises are categorized in 4 schedules viz. A, B, C and D based on quantitative factors like investment, capital employed, net sales, profit before tax, number of employees, etc.

CPSU SALARY COMPARISON FOR NEXT PAY REVISION
The level of financial autonomy is currently divided into three categories:
- Maharatna
- Navratna
- Miniratna CPSEs (itself divided into Category I & Category II)
The remunerations of employees are fixed through negotiations with Employee’s Union subject to the overall guidelines of Department of Public Enterprises, Government of India.Here are pay scales after implementation of recommendation of 3rd PRC in a typical Maharatna company.

NOTE: In addition to above accommodation in Company quarter on nominal rent, other perks & allowances upto 47% of basic Pay, Leave as per Rule, Medical Treatment/ reimbursement, Subsidized Canteen facilities, Self Contributory Superannuation Benefit Fund, Provident Fund, Productivity Incentive, Performance Related Payment are also admissible as per Company's Rules.
The DPE will take into account the recommendations of seventh central pay commission(7th CPC) while deciding pay sclaes of employees working in Public Sector enterprises.

Gratuity enhancement of 20 lakhs
I have to be retired as manager(F) in sail, Salem steel plant on 31.10.2016. Now the gratuity act has been passed in the parliament. Could I have chance to get the amount.

As per 7 CPC Gratuity limit increased to 20 Lakhs. This is applicable to Government Employees on CDA pattern. You are on IDA pay pattern and pay will revised for psu w.e.f from 1.1.2017.

I am working with private sector. As per pay commission Income tax limit for gratity is increased to 20 lacs for govt employee. Is this is applicable for private employees if not then who will do amendment

Pay rivision 2017
In PSU compare the salary with Central Government in 2002,2007&propsed rivision in 2017.
Central Government staff got handsome pension scheme where in PSU got nothing except EPF. No DA linking and though we R contributing much more than Central staff. Only a meagre amount as pension.
In 2006 & 2016 in addition to their handsome pension they got a very good salary package. Comparatively they are well in position than PSU.
Hence demand a handsome hike in pay in PSU in 2017

Last time length of service not been considered for fixation.
I think all PSU employees has to come forward for their legitimate right.
Pension Revision in 7th CPC
I am a retired employee of CPSE (Cement Corporation of India Ltd.) in May 2014. I am getting a meager pension i.e. Rs.1834/- per month. It is not sufficient even for the Monthly ingredients, House Rent, Elect. Bill, Milk, Monthly Medicines to Self & Spouse etc. etc. I wanted to know whether any change/Hike in pension for the CPSE employees. You may kindly let me know.

regarding seventh py commission
i want to know when nd in which month bihar govt pensioners will get hike in their pension..its just becoming impossible to survive in this amount as the market price is going high per year...please kindly revert back.as per the previous news the hike are going to raise before dhanteras nd chhatt puja only.are we are going to get by this month only before diwali......???
Gratuity should be increased
Gratuity should be increased to Rs30L and EL encashment on retirement should be completely exempted from IT .At present exemption in only Rs 3L .
